Chickadee Cleans, LLC provides professional cleaning services for:

• Short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) turnovers

• Commercial properties

• Move-in/move-out cleans for vacant properties

We do not offer recurring residential cleaning for occupied homes. This allows us to focus our systems and team entirely on vacant property and commercial cleanings.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may result in a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.

3. Access & Entry

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely entry instructions. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, it may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return for a complimentary re-clean.

5. Damages or Breakage

Our team takes great care in your property. If something is damaged or broken during the cleaning process, it will be documented and reported to you immediately. Chickadee Cleans, LLC is licensed and insured.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept most major forms of payment and offer automated billing for recurring clients.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
